What is Track your item and how do I use it?

Track your item lets you check the latest information on items sent with our signed for or tracked services.

We use Royal Mail to send all items. The website will show the most up-to-date information.

How do I use Track your item?

1. Click on the search box image above and you will be redirected to Royal Mail track your item page.

2. Type in your reference number or tracking number we send you.

3. Press the ‘Track your delivery’ button.

4. You may have to complete a quick CAPTCHA test. This is a security measure and makes sure you’re human and not a bot.

5. Pick the boxes containing the images you’re asked to identify and hit ‘Verify’.

6. You can now see tracking information for your item.
